Cool summer retreat in small, historic Northern AZ town, population 2700; known as 'Gateway to the Grand Canyon' Some snow in winter.

Introducing

Bob and Kathie have two married children and four grand children, ages 11-16. We would like to be able to travel as a family every year or every other year. We might like to travel as invidual families at times also. Our interests include beach, mountains and family theme park destinations. We have not traveled overseas at this point, but if time and health permit, would like to do so.

Large, spacious 3 bedroom home in family friendly neighborhood. Close to health care, grocery store, many church facilities and outdoor activities.

Williams, AZ (Gateway to the Grand Canyon) 7000 ft. elevation in largest stand of Ponderosa Pines in the country. Within an hours drive of Grand Canyon Nat'l Park or ride Grand Canyon Railway train from Williams to the Canyon. One hour to Sedona, 45 minutes to Flagstaff, 3 hours to Phoenix, 4.5 hours to Las Vegas, 2 hours to Laughlin, NV and Colorado River. Many outdoor activities year round. Big game hunting and small lake fishing in area.

Family is big on hunting, so guests must be hunter friendly as well. Family also enjoys collectibles so guests must be interested in seeing 45 years of 'finds'. Large garage with wood stove.
